Rahul Gandhi has said that Uttar Pradesh needs a change in the scenario of the government, and only the youth of the region can deliver it
Addressing an election rally here on Tuesday, Gandhi said: "We have to transform Uttar Pradesh. Who will change it? Only the youth can change it, nobody else. You gave 22 years to these people, while clapping for the government in Delhi. Put the Congress party here, and you will be clapping for the state of Uttar Pradesh.
